Issues using X5 web hosting.  en

After using other web hosts with no issues. I purchased the latest x5 and like how the software works.

However I am having issues using the X5 web hosting when trying to get approval from Google .

Firstly they refused to register it because of duplicate pages. I then found that there was a duplicate Index file. I deleted the extra Index file and that fixed it.

Then they have now told me that they would not register it because of Redirects. I have never used redirects on this site. I am also not sure on how to remove these or how to even find them.

I asked support and they basically said they did not know what I was talking about.

However I read that others have had the same issues.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

Hello Julian,
I checked, but did not see any e-mail exchange or Help Center discussion about this.
Were you referring to Google support?
What do you see on the Search Console, exactly? Could you provide screenshots?
I remain available.

The web address is without www (if entered with www it is redirected to without www) and would therefore probably also have to be entered in Google without www.

I'm not a Google expert, but it could be because Google sees that www is specified, but the webpage exists as without www.
