Adverstising Message Effects not working

I just posted a new Avertising Message for a new article. I have been unable to generate any "effects" such as wobble or shake. Has that feature been disabled? That ad shows up, but wihout any effects.

For me the effect works in the preview as well as in Firefox, Edge and Chrome, see

If it doesn't work on my test website, then it's probably due to your browser and its settings.

Hmmm? I tested it on Brave and Google browsers. It didn't work on either. So it must be something unique to my computer configuration. I'm glad to hear that it is working. Thanks for the help

you could check the Accessibility settings of Windows for example, there is a setting to disable animations which may be affecting the situation here.
