Export website problem

This is 2 time usk for for support!
The problem isn't that the webspace list is outdated, but rather that the FTP in the new version of Website X5 Pro is outdated. I've been using this program for nine years and haven't had any problems. Because the data manager is empty, I never update it. So why does the new one have this problem? If this isn't resolved, I'll have to downgrade to the old version of Website X5 Pro; it'll be a waste of money.

I'm afraid I could not understand what issue you are facing, what do you mean by "the FTP in the new version of Website X5 Pro is outdated"?
What exactly is occurring when you try to export?
