Cannot publish website via ftp to .de server - website X5 Pro

I am using WebSite X5 Pro (2025 version) and I’ve recently migrated my hosting to a new provider (PTISP) for a .de domain.
Since the migration, I am unable to export/publish the website via FTP. I have already verified the following:
My credentials (Host, User, Password) are correct.
I tried both Passive and Active modes.
I tested with FTP (Port 21) and SFTP (Port 22).
Is there any known compatibility issue between last year's Pro version and modern server security protocols (TLS 1.2/1.3)? Or is there a specific folder path requirement for .de domains that I should be aware of in the export settings?
I've always updated my license based on project needs, and it worked fine until this hosting change.
Any help or advice from the community would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Maria,
the only known issues are with much older versions.
Have you already tested these credentials with tools outside of WebSite X5, such as FileZilla, and did you reach the server successfully then?

Hello, thank you for the reply. Yes, I tested with FileZilla and it also says 'Not connected to any server'. My hosting is on a new server with cPanel v134 and CloudLinux 8.10. It seems the issue is a server-side block (perhaps cPHulk or Firewall) or a protocol mismatch, rather than a WebSite X5 version issue specifically.
