to which kind of options you are refering to?

If you refer to the option "E-mail form script type", please proceed as follows:

 Select the option "E-mail form script type". By default the "Standard Script" is used: if this script does not work, due to the configurations on the Server being used, try replacing it and enable the "Low-level Script" or "Low-quality Server Script" options.

Unfortunately options of mail me don't interest. At an unloading on a site it is impossible to read anything!!! I yes also didn't connect mail on a site. The TEXT doesn't work!!!
In what difference between v8 and v9? Why V8 normally works and V9 under the same conditions isn't present? 
And please don't send me on your site, answer here. 

К сожалению настройки почты меня не интересуют. При выгрузке на сайт невозможно ничего прочитать!!! Я почту да же еще и не подключала на сайте. ТЕКСТ не работает!!!

В чем отличие между v8 и v9? Почему V8 нормально работает а V9 при тех же условиях нет?

WebSIte X5 Evolution 9 supported the ISO-charset. WebSite X5 Evolution 9 instead supports the universal charset UTF-8.  Inorder to make the Russian characters correctly show on your website please contact your Provider and make sure that on your server the charset UTF-8 is supported. Thank you!
