Not able to upload may website  en

I'm having a problem uploading my website.  There was recently an update, after which they asked for a database.  I am not aware that I have created files that require a database. I first circumvented the problem by uploading the website with filezilla, but it now also gives errors, files remain in the queue and also a number of failed transfers. I have no idea why. I have therefore created a database with my web host. Now comes the next problem: I can't change the top data (everything is greyed out), I can only fill in the server folder with disk access, see attached file. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

If the fields are gray, then the Incomedia employees who are online here during office hours in Italy must help.

The required backup copy of the project is created with "5 Export > Export Project".

The Incomedia employees provide an email address to which the backup copy is sent in IWZIP format via a data transfer service (e.g. Swisstransfer.com - free up to 50 GB).

Hello,
could you provide me with a copy of the project so that I can reset the fields?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project” option to generate an IWZIP file, making sure not to use the options to include backup and preview files so that the size of the file is reduced.
You can then upload the file with SwissTransfer, TransferNow or similar services, and provide a download link to support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).
Thank you.
