Upgrade from Evo to Pro

I currently run X5 Evo and all is good.
Upgrading to X5 Pro and it will not accept any input at the welcome screen. Tied all sorts of things but to no avail. Downloaded a trial version of Pro and it runs fine.
It seems the licenced version has some kind of glitch. Do you have a link to an older version of Pro I can download and install, then update?

The problem is solved thanks to the removal of the Windows security update KB5083769 from April 16, 2026.

please use this link to install the software: https://static.incomedia.eu/websitex5.com/v2026.1/2026.1.5.0/wsx5_pro.exe
Then, please update WebSite X5 from within the software, you should be able to solve the issue this way.
