In our website, members who have already logged in cannot use the Search engine to find and access locked pages.
However, the documentation says clearly it should be possible.
On Page Properties, Site Map Settings, the Add this page to sitemap is clicked.
Has anybody encountered the same problem?

I have now tested the search for members for a word on a protected site in my demo shop.
It worked for me - was there anything done differently on your own site?

No I don't think so, unless the problem is coming from the fact that we still have a manual password management. Otherwise, everything looks normal
If manual password management is the problem, then WebSite X5 user management would have to be used, see instruction

Hello,
I tested the situation with a project using Manual Registration only, and I confirm that the search results changed depending on the login status.
I see you have now added "Effective June 14, 2026, our Password management system has been upgraded. Please complete your Registration before any future Log In." to your homepage, have you changed your Access Management setup since Daniel's reply?
If so, are you still noticing the same behavior as before?
I remain available.

Just tested and as of Today, it seems to be working fine. Still I don't understand what happened. Several members reported the issue a week ago.
