Exportation impossible

Bonjour,
Je me retrouve avec le même problème que ce post (https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/fr/post/276723) pour exporter mon nouveau projet.
Je suis chez IONOS et le support m'a indiqué que le dossier de destination était désormais : /public
Mais impossible d'exporter malgré tout...

Quand je réponds "non", mes dossiers sont bien envoyés dans le dossier /public, chez IONOS (2) comme dans Filezilla (3)
mais le site ne s'affiche pas (4).
Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

If so, do you remember what path it was exported at back then?

Thank you so much for your message.
I can confirm to you that it's OK now, thanks to IONOS's support which answered me that night that I have to change the target of the domain name too. They did that for me that night and every thing is allright now.
As they change the destination file in the webtransfert, I didn't thought to change the target too...
