I have several web pages with links to the manufacturers' web site to download their PDF flyers.
They have worked Flawlessly for years.
This started many months ago, and now I need to get this resolved.
When the link is clicked it shows a blank white screen with a file image with a sad face on it.
I have gone the the manufacturers' website and made sure I have the correct URLs and they are good.
When trying to download,Somtimes it trys to download the flyer and it appears for a second, then disappears. It seems like some compatiblity issue.
I really need this fixed as soon as possible because these flyers contain important information the customer needs.
Can someone please help me fix this? I am using X5 PRO.

Could links to these PDF flyers be posted?
Then the other users could do tests and possibly offer a solution to the problem.

Hello Giulio,
could you provide the URL of the page or pages on your website where the PDF files were linked?
How were these links created, are they associated with buttons, or are there simply hyperlinks in a text?
I remain available.

Thank you...
The links lead to an error message, see AI note and screenshots below
If the URLs start with "planet." be added, then the PDF file will be displayed.
If necessary, contact the web host's support.

Hello Giulio,
both URLs lead to an error even by opening them here, regardless of WebSite X5, however as Daniel mentioned they can work if you instead use this format for their link:
https://planet.gys.fr/extranet/document/datasheet/063860/uk
https://planet.gys.fr/extranet/document/datasheet/052178/uk
Is there a specific reason you are trying to use those URLs without "planet"?
I remain available.
