Hello Antonio,
WebSite X5 doesn't automatically include a newsletter manager. That's a different kind of software.
We already talked about this here: http://answers.websitex5.com/post/3777
Anyway, if you use one of the free newsletter softwares you can find on the Internet, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to interface it to WSX5 using the E-mail form object.
