How do I go about implementing showboxes into my page. I'm assuming these are similar to modal windows. I can customize them, but now sure how to go about using them on my site.

Hello Jason, well... you can use the WSX5 ShowBox already included in the software. You can link any kind of file. The best way for you should be to link a HTML page, that you can complete as you prefer, using the link to a file link and choosing the Show in the showbox option. Hope this helps
