Imtip (mouseover hint) code - where is it maintained

In version 8 there was an option to add in a 'mouseover tip' to an image, I can't find it in V9.
This is strange in that a V8 website that I have converted to V9 still shows the tip.

I am using W64 fully patched with X5 V9.0.10.1840

Hello Nigel,
you can add tooltip in version 9 also: text object -> select a text (or image) and click on the link button -> tab description: here is where you put the text that will appear in the tooltip.
