the link to an anchor text is made adding a string like "#id_of_the_element_you_want_to_link), so basically you can point to an html element within a web page (the same page or another one) adding the id of that element to your link.
With WebsiteX5 this can be done using an html object containg the html element that you want to point to, specyfing the id (#myId).
Finally you can make a normal link to the url of that page adding #myId at the end of the link.
Hope you understand that you must have some programming skills in order to do that, I tried to help you but I cannot tell you much more, hope you manage to do it :)
