I have a problem registering website x5 on my 64 vista . I click the unlock button so as to connect with your site and get the password but the page doesn t load or there is nothing happening in (explorer and mozilla). Please help me register a legitimate licence. my email is *** I now have it running in trial mode. Thanking you in advance

In v9 you will see your code in the *answers-profile* at My Licence . . .
In v8 you have to install as *full version* and attach the registering-code before going ahead . . .
Have you simply tried again? It could be a temporary internet connection problem. Let me know

Hallo, I have the boxed cd v8 with number and it is installed on my PC. I used it up to a few weeks ago but now for some reason it is in demo mode. When I try to reinstall from the cd it says that it is already in use...of course it is on my computer. Unfortunately I cannot find the original mail from you but I have always used the same email address. Help please as I require to change my website..
