Search field in footer not working.  en

I added a search field to my footer. After publishing the site, I find the field does not work. PHP should be working; all my pages are .php, and I assume I would not be able to see them otherwise.

Hi David! Does your provider support PHP?
He needs to support PHP for your website to work correctly.
Hope this helps!

Yes, PHP is supposedly supported. I will ask them to look into it.

They have taken a look at error logs and say that the issue is purely with my site's coding. Might this be related to my other post, "Blog Posts Disappear"? The blog in my site does the same thing. Perhaps I could attach the Website X5 file and you all could look into it for me? So far I have absolutely loved your program, but this is not what a very busy person wants to deal with.
