No Welcome screen, No Menu Buttons?  en

Hi guys. I have just purchased and downloaded the latest X5 and I am having a problem. I don't get a Welcome screen, and nor do my buttons show up on my site. Please help!

Upgrade you version of Internet Explorer to Internet Explorer 8.
