Drop down menus do not display correctly on live site. Please see attached file. Hitting Ctrl-F5 fixes the problem (except in IE9) for that page. If I navigate to a different page  it doesn't display properly until I ctrl-f5 it again. And if I exit the browser then open the browser again and go back to the site, the problem exists again until I hit Ctrl-F5. Firstly the customer won't know to hit ctrl-f5. Also navigating to the site from a new browser that hasn't got a cached copy of the site ... the menus display incorrectly as well ????? Please help !!

The attachment shows how it's supposed to look (on the left) and how it looks on the live site.

Hello Steven,

It's clearly a cache issue. Make sure you emptied your cache following these istructions: http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

I have deleted the live site and re-uploaded and menus are still not displaying correctly

This doesn't help because your browser will still use the old cached version until you empty the cache.

To solve this problem, you should contact your hosting provider and ask them to change their caching politcs, even if I think they won't do it.Foot in mouth

WebSite X5 doesn't take effect on your server/browser caching behavior.

Clearing cache does not help. Sure Ctrl-F5 reloads the page anyway and that should write the new page to cache anyway so the next time you load the page it should load correctly ? It does not.

This must have had something to do with my hosting provider as it has sorted itself out after a couple of days. Just very frustrating not seeing changes immediately on the live site.

Thanks for the input
