Transfer from one hard drive to another

I have just transferred my website x5 v8 programme from from my old hard drive to a new one, both XP but an error code 429 came up, can you help

Hi!
Run- time error 429 is a problem caused by windows.
I will ask you do deinstall the program and to make sure all fills are deleted (use herefor the windows search function.
Then you are going to download the software again, using this link:http://www.websitex5.com/download/v8/wsx5_ev.exe
When you are using Windows Siste or Windows 7 make sure you are doing the installation as Admin.
