I just bought version 9. The Help file opens for 1 sec and than closes itself? Also dubble click ath the .chm file does the same... Has anybody else the same, and more: how to solve this?

. . . you did install *.net 3.5* ? - even if running *.net 4.x* you have to install . . .

I will see, does not the install check which version is installed? Specially when it's required it would be good to embed this function (check and even better also install the required version) in the install procedure.

I have now installed .net 4, still the same problem...

Also is it a pitty that the theme's ov the previous version (8) cant be used by this new (9) version. :-(

Hello,

the Help file is just a simple CHM file that just need Windows Exporer to work. You can download from here (Download section on the right menu) the full version, so you can install it again. Moreover there is also the PDF version of the help file you can donwload.

Please have a look at that pdf file that may help you with templates:

I know it's a .chm file. I make them myself at my work, but never have this strange behaviour.

The problem is still there, and only with the .chm of WebsiteX5
I will try to decompile the file with my own editor (Help and Manual) and than compile it again...
