Cannot find the 500 templates I have 63

I have just purchased compact 9 which on your web site states it has 500 templates I can only find 63 and even if you mulitply it by the 4 colour choices that still only gives 252 not 500. I have updated but still cannot find the missing 437 Any ideas on where they are
