Still waiting for Support people from Website X5

Hello,

Try to open the folder where your project is stored and you will find 2 files: project.iwprj and backup.iwprj. Delete the project.iwprj file and rename the backup.iwprj file to project.iwprj and then start WebSite X5 and open the project again.

Thanks for your reply, I tried yesterday as per your method but no response error shows "An error occurred while loading the project [There is an error in XML document (92172, 10).]"

That was error message. so what I do now??

Unfortunately, also the backup file seems to be corrupted. Probably the Antivirus blocked the program while it was saving the file. If you have already exoprted on the web your website you can try to recreate the content with copy&paste in a new project.

Try to start always the program as admin so that it will not get blocked again during the saving process.

Hello Claudio, Thanks for your Co-operation, I admire your your support, yes that thing happend due to System Automatically restarted when I click on Preview. I am doing the same thing which you above told that I copying & pasting old to new project.

yes I always start the program as admin. because I am then only one who using computer at my home. Thanks again and for sure I'll contact again If I found something new :).
