Our answers.websitex5.com is not made with WebSite X5 but the homepage www.websitex5.com is made with it.
You can have dynamic functions in WebSite X5 like the blog and the guestbook, or you can add your custom code in the "HTML & Widget Object" in Step 3 to make your website dynamic.

If you find custom code that does what you want you can add it. I don't know if there is a function that slides between pages like a carousel but you can try to search on search engines like google if something like that exists and if it does you can add it to your project.
