Problem With Enlarging Site

Good evening,
When I enlarge my site with ctrl, mousewheel. The whole site seems to go out of proportion. Do I have some settings wrong ?

Hello Jeanette, the zoom is a function provided by the Internet Browser. I tested your URL using Chrome and I can see it correctly. Let me know.

The problem in Chrome when you scroll is only a white line underneath the banner. The rest is ok. In Explorer the photoframe on the right side does not stay in size with the rest of the site ( the photos stay too big ).
