Blank Space On User Id And Password Page

When the User ID and Password fields are displayed on my secure login section, these appear at the bottom of the page - below where the main menu ends, leaving a full page of blank space. How can I move these up so that this blank space is not shown?

Hello Jimmy, I'm not sure to have understood. Anyway please be sure you're using the latest update 9.0.2.1699. Thanks

I downloaded the latest x5v9 update and re created the website pages, then uploaded these to the website. The website is myhcgaustin.com. When you click on the Members Tab or the Distance Program Tab, you must log in. The log in page displays the username and passord at the bottom, sometimes off the screen. I have attached a screen shot of the page as it displays. I want to move the username and password up to the top of the page.
Hello Jimmy, I tested the Member page on Chrome and IE8, IE7 and it works! Let me know.
