Wow every since I added the update to Website x5 update 9.1.8.1960 my program just crashes every time I try to preview and then I have to reboot. What can I do, I tried reinstalling the program but it still crashes

Hello,
Try to uninstall the program and then uninstall also the .NET Framework 3.5 and use this cleanup tool:

Once the tool has finished, reinstall the .NET Framework 3.5 from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150
And then reinstall WebSite X5.
