Click on your name and you can download the newest version, also your licenekey will be visible in this (your) portal. Use the same e-mail as with registration / buying and your ready to reinstall.

This is a formated PC!
He can find the product key and he must in his profil under My Licence check whether he has a new computer key.
May be, he must new activate X5.
