I have adapted to Html5. Basics were working as I wanted. But this is a major problem. I had to remove the H3 Tags I use for SEO purposes.

X5 HTML 5 is governed mostly by CSS....... Especially for styles!! You cannot insert CSS into a text box. [HTML in a text box is useful for anchors etc.... ]

Use a HTML & Widgets Box for your Heading:

<h3>Masterpieces of Metal Wall Art by USA Artists</h3>

Then in the same box Expert/css code insert:

h3 {color:black;font-size:20pt;}

Or any color/size you would like.........

Hi,

I have used the Html widgets instead. But when I use it  occupies half the page. It pushes the image right under it half the page down leaving a huge blank space.

The image gallery  at http://www.gurtan.com gets half the page down.

Vedat

Here I tried an H1 tag on a html cell narrowed the cell to 50 points so that it would not push the image gallery half the page down.

But it looks so tiny.

You CANNOT use the H1 Tag!!! X5 uses this and it's already using it's own CSS!!

USE H3 like you said you were doing!!

When using a HTML Box it is set at a given height of 350px you are supposed to adjust this yourself to suit your object. (Bottom right - PROPERTIES)

Go to w3schools.com if you want to learn how to use HTML 5 & CSS it's no use putting things in when you do not know how or why you use them.......

I will look at the site. I have done the same for H3, it looks even tinier. It looks like a line as in attachemnt h3tag2,jpg.

Actually using Website X5 was not supposed to require knowing html or css language.Smile

Actually G you started this post by using HTML so why say you're not supposed to use it!! I think that is a contradiction in terms don't you!!

Knowing 1 or 2 html codes do not mean that one knows the language, it does not mean I have to know css codes.  It certainly does not mean I have to do it manually since there is a function in the text area you can enable html codes. It is as logical as that.

Anway, I have posted my problem as this help center is all about. I will expect a reasonable answer from a reasonable person like Steve or Samanta. Please do not bother posting to my problem.

Hello Vedat, please let me know which tag you are trying to use. I tell you now that the tag ALIGN and FONT don't work on HTML5, they are deprecated.

As Cheeky Man told you, you cannot use H1 or H2 because they are used by WSX5.
