How to save a work as a Custom Template ?

Hello Dear at X5_9. Every day I'm closer to right solution, but.. The question is: I have a website already created with X5_9 http://www.globalmapper.com.pl/Pobieralnia/MZPK_Kozienicki_PK/home.html
The web is on temporary location at the moment, but You can open it to see.
HOW TO make from that a Custom Template for multiuse ?
HOW TO Save any created or modified Template within Custom Templates in order to use it again and again for different project with slight modification only, like exchanging bacgrounds and top banner conten ?
I have 5 landscapes to make different webs with slightly modified content,
I do not know how to SAVE what I did as a Custom Template ?

Hello Edward,
You need to use the "Export the Project" function in step 5 so you will have the .IWZIP file containing your custom template with the grafic. Everytime you need to use this template you import this .IWZIP and then you edit it with the changements you want to have.
