Why won't the site reload/ upgrade automaticali after i done some changes and upgrade the site?

Because the browser uses his browser cache.

How coud i avoid this thing? i've tested on several computers and is the same thing. Nobody is refershing every page when is looking for something on a page.
How could i solve it?

I have to write code so that the cache will let my site upgrade at leat 5 minutus? Please help!!!!
