I am stuck - how do I get into the footer menu in Evolution 10 to edit the menu items and to link them to the relevant page or external link?

For example I want to have links there that do not appear in the main menu - like members page and privacy statement etc/

Hi Duncan,

General settings -> Click Next -> select the Template from the Templates displayed and you see the screen that you are after.

Still getting used to it myself

Sorry Duncan, misread the problem. This is the same as V9 select the footer tab from the 'Edit Graphic Template' option.

Create your text and then hyperlink it to the page that you require, it will require that the page is on the site map but set up as hidden (preventing it apearing in the Menu structure)

hope this helps

Thanks Nigel. But there is a footer menu which you can select from 4-advanced settings. I was hoping to be able to edit that rather than the footer itself where I hoped to have copyright information and brief contact information.

What you seuggest is certainly a work round. But I would liek to see if I can keep the footer and have an editable footer menu.

I am using the Business 35 template - if I use Nigel's suggestion, is there any way I can edit the footer to make it bigger or do I have to start with a customised template? I would rather use the Business 35 template but I need at least two lines of text in the footer.

OK - I've used Nigel's work round. Not quite what I wanted but it does the job really well. Thanks Nigel.
