How can I recover my password for the amin. to approve a comment on my blog?

Change it in x5 and upload again.

Thanks but I can't remember where I setup a password for the blog or if I did in the first place, I tried the one that gets me in here but it won't except that one. So where do I change it in x5 so I can upload it again.
