Hello, i am trying to update my website x5 v9 on my laptop but i keep getting an errror 406 code. I cannot transer a back up of my website from my pc(which has just broken) as it says it was created in a newer version as i managed to update my pc. this is causing me problemsas i can no longer access my website

Hello Shaun,
If you go in your profile on answers.websitex5.com in the "downloads" section you can download the updated installer and install it so it will be not necessary to update from inside the program.
