No NEXT-buttom on cart

After update to 10 my cart has no NEXT-buttom. So how to continue? And the size of the window is too small. I can't see shipment mode if more than one product. (some of the content of the window is below the footer. ?

Try and clear the browser history, in many cases helps.

Thanks, but do not help. Same problem on all computers.
No buttoms under the payment and shipping. NEXT, EMPTY CART and CONTINUE SHOPPING.
And no payment options. If I change the among of items the payment options is visible, but still no buttoms.
