Characters problems - Importing CSV data

I have a problem with the new version of your program.
When I upload the cvs file the page cannot show the hungarian characters with accents.
I hope you can solve it.

Did you modify the csv file with an external Program?
If yes have you choosen to save it with the UTF-8 encoding?

I have modified the csv (csv with ;) file with Excel on my computer then set the encoding in UTF-8 and when I tried to save it it said there was a problem with saving the modified file because it contained unsupported characters
I don't really know what the problem could be so I hope you could help me with this

Hello Laszlo,
Try to use open office Calc (the open source Version of Excel) to edit the csv files because it gives more option to save them correctly. Excel sometimes is saving them in a different format and is not allowing to choose the correct encoding and so the characters added are not readed correctly.
