Symbol (+) in use with the digits in e-mail form

Idea: to put in E-mail form the TAG - "Your phone number:" should use the text line, where must enter only digits & symbol "+". For now with the digits there are posible to use only "-" or "/" Or to make the data base for single chose of the country code before the text line. Thank You!
