In Version 10 audio files (MP3 & WAV) files not longer function. An message is shown advising to use an add-on. Can you please tell me whre this add-on can be sourced?

Hello Edgar,
Please try to install the Chrome Browser and then install the flash player in Chrome from following link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Once done check the preview again and let me know if it works.
