Video Thumbnails In Gallery

When creation a gallery from many videos the thumbnails for videos are always the same (not like when I create gallery from photos).
What I'm trying to do is build a page that looks a bit like a Vimeo channel - something like this: http://vimeo.com/channels/nyrfarvegur Is there a way to change the thumbnail without diving into the code?

Hello Einar,
The video object can't create a preview of the video and show it as a thumbnail.
To do something like that Vimeo page, you can create a horizontal gallery with the thumbnails of your videos. Then add a "Link to file" link to the corresponding video on each picture. It will open as a popup.

I totaly agree, there should be a preview of the videos in some way, people will not now what video is on each thumbnail when creating video-galery
