My website user e-mail messages are not being sent to my e-mail address, and my confirmation message is not being sent to the user.

Another GoDaddy user PCSSA...... He has PHP 5.2.17 (ADMIN)

I upgraded to v.9, and I use GoDaddy as my service provider. I created a new e-mail contact page on my website, using Website X5's e-mail contact form setup for data submission. My client's messages using the form are not received at my at my user e-mail address. The confirmation e-mail function does work. I have worked for days trying to resolve this issue!
