How do I load my WebsiteX5 to my laptop in addition to my desktop?

Hi Hazel,
You can install X5 on your laptop in exactly the same way as you did on your desktop.
If you need to download the v8 setup file again then you can find it listed in the Download section of the drop-down menu at the top right of this page (headed 'Profile')
Just install the program as normal, and activate using the same licence key which you used to activate your desktop software - the key is valid for simultaneous laptop and desktop use.

Sorry, I'm having difficulty with the licence key/unlock code.
OK, I see... what exactly happens when you try to register/activate the program? Do you get any error messages, etc?

When I enter my product code, it tells me it doesn't recognise it.
Go to your profile here and click at Download.
Download heree youre programm and install it on your desktop en laptop.
Here you find also youre liscence-key.

Thank you, I found the code. However, still can't get past the product code, error says:
The type of licence does not correspond to the indicated Product Code
The Product Code refers to another type of licence that you are installing. Error 5

Uninstall webx and download the programm from your user profile and use the kiscence key you found here also.
