do you have xp ? press ctrl-alt-del, the moment x5 closes while updating goto process tab and close websitex5.exe. then continue.

did not help no xp? Then close your firewall.

this one contains already all updates. After that this problem will be gone. But you need to update one's more to get it rit of it.
