Advertising Entrance Sound

I have added a small mp3 sound file to the entrance of the advertising message. Once uploaded, the message flies in as programmed but there is no entrance sound. My speakers are on and turned up!! Using Google Chrome and Windows XP.

Can you please post the link to your webiste to see what exactly happens?
Can you please also update your WebSite X5 Version and check if also Chrome is updated?
