Tell me, why need this tab? It says an internal link web pages. So I still did not understand what it does.

Скажите, для чего нужна эта вкладка? На ней написанно: внутреняя ссылка страници. Я так до сих пор и не понял что она делает.

You can set an anchor on a block inside a page, you have to give the anchor a name. Then you can jump to that place using the link you mention.
It is used to ga to a certain place inside your page, if you set it to a block in the middle of your page it jumps to the middle of the page instead of the normal link (that one goes to the top of the page) See also the help file.
