Beta Upgrade Problem

Hi I changed my registration of Evolution 9 to a beta version to get the shipping info on emails now I get a message that an update is avaiable but after accepting the licence agreement the update stopps with: Error while updating:406 It was not possible to install the files I have closed all programs and tried again, I have restarted the PC and tried again.
I am running on Windows 7.
How does one get helped with Evolution Problems - I cannot find an email support address

Hi Alan,
Make sure, during the update, that WSX5 is not running. Moreover, check your antivirus and make sure it's turned off.
If possible, run "imUpdate.exe" from your WSX5 folder by clicking on its icon using the right mouse button and selecting "Run as administrator".
PS: We don't use emails for support. Everything is done here on Aswers.

I discovered the only way to install the update was to remove Avira 2012 Antivirus.
