How to change background color of the text menu at bottom of page?? See the attached png.

Hi James,
In Step 4 - Advanced Settings - select 'Text' tab at top, then from the 'Page Item' drop-down menu select 'Footer Menu'
Then pick your choice of color from the 'Background Color' box.
