Hi, is there any other option to make a product update than from product welcome page? One of our customer (school) has a edu multilicence, and when try to update, almost always it finished unsuccessfuly with error. Is it possible to download onyl some patch, or the welcome screen is only way? Customer tells that response from upadte server is too long and thats why the update will never finish successfuly.
