For error 404 please check if the internet connection is working, otherwise you can download the most updated Version of the program directly from your answers.websitex5.com profile from the "Downloads" section.

Since you upgraded your licence from Version 9 to Version 10 it is no more possible to install Version 9 since the licence is now only valid for the installation of Version 10.

I need 9 not 10, 10 is a useless wast of time and money Claudio if I Knew this i would have not purchesed this 10 Please give me back my 9 .

Hello Mohssin,

Please try to update your Version 10 to the latest release which is 10.0.6.31 since you are still using 10.0.0.20 and many options has been improved. Version 9 after the upgrade cannot be installed anymore since the licence has become valid only for Version 10.

Please let me know if after the update the program works better.

I Can't update all I get is error 404, please send me a new serial for 9 and we will forget about 10 for now.

Please try to check if the antivirus/firewall is blocking the program. As alternative you can start the program called imUpdate.exe in the installation folder under C:/program If none of these helps download the most updated Installer of Version 10 directly from your answers.websitex5.com Profile under "Downloads" and install it.
