Problemas enviando formularios y correos / Problems with forms and emails. 
Auteur : Johnny C.Hola, tengo problemas en la creación de formularios y opciones de envío de correo electrónico. Diseño todo bien y cuando doy clic en enviar parece que ahce todo bien pero no me llega el correo. Verifiqué las opciones que están en www.(mysite).com/admin y las tres líneas dicen "PASS". Trato de enviar un correo desde esa misma aplicación y no me llega. No sale ningún mensaje de error. Tengo hosting conwww.brinkster.com.

Have you tried sending a test email using each of the three different 'Email form script types' in the admin section? I assume you have, but if not then try each different script.
You can configure the various email sending options in Step 4 - Data Management - Sending E-mail. As well as changing the Email form script type you can also change the data submission type from 'POST' to 'GET'
Try each different combination to see if you can find one which suits your hosting with brinkster.com
The email feature within X5 uses PHP code to send messages, and as a result the PHP MAILER command needs to be enabled on your server - you could check that with your host too.
Lastly, if you still cannot receive messages then it may be that your server is routing them into a spam folder. You could also check the configuration of any spam blocking software installed on your server.
