I am requesting a refund. I contacted cleverbridge and they say to come to this site. I want a refund on Evolution 10. I am not satisfied with it, not working as well as Compact 9 which I also have a registered copy and will go back to. Cleverbridge said they cannot refund until you okay it and as this is a new product and I am still under the 30 day money back satisfaction gauntee please contact them to refund my account. Thank you very much. I took the time to place a review on CNet, I gave your product 4 Stars, but explained that some were having the same problem I had, but with Compact 9 I found no faults at all -- love the software, sorry it did not work out for me and Evolution 10, I know not everyone is having this problem. Thanks again for your help and quit attention to this -- I will uninstally Evolution 10 from my PC. Sincerely Dan
