To the best of my knowledge this text does not originate from within the Website X5 software.

Should be what the solution of this problem.
This text is stored somewhere and generated in the table.
Perhaps something can be removed from the server?
Hello Andrey and Paul, this text can be changed (or deleted) in the advanced settings, Style and models, email, email item, footer note.
See my screenshot (sorry, I've just french version of WX5
)
